Ocean Breeze is an upscale real estate development of luxury villas, owned and managed by Inversiones Axiome S.A. a Dominican company specializing in the development of luxury housing.
The company is owned by a European family who, resident in Las Terrenas, are personally and directly involved in the day to day development of Ocean Breeze.
The President, Philip Booth, is English, the Vice President, his wife Pascale, is French.
Axiome’s architects, Luis Sanchez y Associados were selected for their talent and more than 20 years experience in designing major projects, houses and apartments all over the Dominican Republic.
Construction is under the combined supervision of Philip Booth, site manager Johnny Frias with many years construction experience in Las Terrenas along with our architects and engineers.
The commercial side of Ocean Breeze is under the control of Michel Marill, French and a multi-linguist. Michel has enjoyed a successful real estate career in France and is now using his talents and experience to good use on the development of Ocean Breeze.
