Ocean Breeze is divided into a first and second phase as can be seen on the lot plan.
On the first phase we still have some Ocean View and Tropical Garden lots available, the location of these lots can again be seen on the overall lot plan. Lot prices vary according to the location, views and to some extent the size of the lot.
All lots have general services provided including:
- Water from the central system
- Electricity from Las Terrenas' highly efficient private electric company, Luz Y Fuerza.
- Telephone lines awaiting connection by Claro and shortly cell phone coverage.
- Internet by satellite.
- Satellite T.V.
On our second phase we have several Ocean Views and Tropical Garden lots available which, of course, have the same amenities as our first phase.
